How to Import Your FitNotes Data Into Ironside

Move your FitNotes log across in a few minutes — CSV out of FitNotes, CSV into Ironside.

To move your workout history from FitNotes to Ironside, export a CSV from FitNotes, then open Ironside → You → Settings → My Data → Import CSV and select the file. Every workout, exercise, set, rep, and weight carries over, and your PR, volume, and 1RM charts recompute automatically on your device.

Step 1 — Export your CSV from FitNotes

  1. Open FitNotes on your Android phone.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Tap Export Data and choose Comma Separated Values (CSV). Save or share the file to where you can reach it from your iPhone (email, Drive, iCloud).

Step 2 — Import into Ironside

  1. Open Ironside and go to the You tab.
  2. Tap Settings → My Data → Import CSV.
  3. Choose the FitNotes CSV.

Heads up: importing replaces your existing local history in Ironside. Export first if you've already logged workouts you want to keep.

What carries over

  • Workouts — every session with its date.
  • Exercises — matched to Ironside's library.
  • Sets, reps, and weights — your full set-by-set log.

Because FitNotes is a much-loved but Android-only, no-frills logger, Ironside is a natural next step when you move to iPhone and want analytics on top of your history. The import runs entirely on your device — nothing is uploaded.
